Aguas Primitivas de la Patagonia S.A. is a company with international presence, dedicated to brew and Export Premium Quality beers and mineral waters.

Our beers are brewed in a state of the art Brewing Plant with the latest technology and with the strictest quality controls. Our beers are brew under the following quality certifications: IFS, ISO 9000, HACCP, HALAL & KOSHER. We elaborate using 100% natural ingredients only without any additives or preservatives from carefully selected raw materials.

Our Premium beers are brewed based in natural ingredients only with 100% Malt according to the purity law dictated by the Bavarian Duke William IV, where he ordered that a real genuine Premium beer must be brewed exclusively with Pure Malted Barley, Hops, Yeast and Water as our Patagonia beer.

 

In summer when the heat starts nothing better than a refreshing blonde Patagonia beer. And in Autumn or Winter, when having a warm and comfortable pause, nothing better than the delicious flavor of our Negra Intensa, the one with the foam with reflections of the sun and dusk. The spectacle of a good served glass of beer suggests a delight that is transmitted to us.

 

Sensations:

• The image of a full glass with our fresh beer with that amber and golden colors, limpidly crystalline, crowned by a consistent clear foam layer.

• The vision of very small bubbles that generates the heart and walls of the glass contributes to maintain the constant form being synonymous of the Premium Quality Beer.

• A good served glass as our Premium Beer, kindly observed, and is an image that stimulates our thirst.

• Before our tasting perception that sometimes rushes, the prologue of our nose appreciation allows us to perceive the aroma in which the smooth and the fresh scent of Malta with the reminiscent of the essentials of Hops, which gives its characteristic spirit to our beer whose freshness we appreciate when taking the bottle between our fingers.

• To serve it well its ideal temperature would not have to be less than 35.6 F°, not more than 50 F°.

• Having delighted us through our senses of the sight, sense of smell and tact, naturally arrives the final moment at which tasting ours bathed pupils in the rejoicing of the smooth and refreshing bitterness, from our good and noble beer that everyone has to enjoy in agreement with its intimate idiosyncrasy in small or greater haste according to your anxiety and temperament.

• Apparently would be excluded in this sequence from sensitive perceptions the sense of the ear as soon as stimulated by the noise of hitting the glasses that single undress their loudness when they are empty.

• To be able to always enjoy all of these sensations we must also consider the following things:

Observations:

• With the bottles the consumer must make sure through a lengthy observation that the content of the container is limpid and crystalline, without the smaller indication of strange material.

• The crown cover provides a hermetic closing that its dowry assures gas, verifiable fact with a position invested and slight agitation with the bottle that must produce inner bubbling and foam formation.

• The bottles must be conserved at a temperature not superior to 46.4 F°. Also an inferior temperature of 35.6 F° conspires against the good appearance and quality of the beer.

• In case of consumptions at home, one must remember that the residual beer in bottles hermetically conserves in the refrigerator without alteration some condition with the cover so that gasification its conserves.

• For the consumer of Draft Beer little is what it is possible to be indicated, since the good drinkers have long tradition and solid culture in this respect and know how to choose the best places in which the barrels stay suitably even during their transportation. The beer in barrels is extremely delicate and has a hygienic exigency since it is not pasteurized like the ones in bottles. In addition one is due to serve the beer with a right degree of gasification: neither excessive (foamed) nor deficient.

• We can assure you that without addition of gas, it can be dispatch normally between 2/3 and 3/4 of a barrel of beer.
